Bezzera at HOTELEX 2026 – Shanghai
Bezzera is pleased to announce its participation in HOTELEX 2026 – Shanghai, one of the leading international exhibitions for the hospitality and coffee industry.
From March 30 to April 2, 2026, we will showcase our latest innovations, combining Italian espresso heritage with advanced technology and design.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience our machines in action and discover our newest solutions for the professional coffee world.
A global coffee experience
At HOTELEX 2026, Bezzera will host a selection of international coffee professionals, bringing together different cultures and approaches to coffee.
Italian Coffee Excellence
Marco Poidomani – Italian Coffee in Good Spirits Champion (2017, 2019, 2023, 2026), 6th place at the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship (Taipei 2023), and SCA AST Trainer.
Marco will represent Italy at the World Coffee Championships (WOC Brussels, June 2026). During the exhibition, he will focus on espresso preparation and coffee cocktail demonstrations.
International & APAC Expertise
Mark Nakayama – ODK Brand Ambassador for APAC, with over 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, from bartender to beverage operations specialist. He is also a tea-based beverage expert.
Chinese Coffee Talents
Li Menghu – Manager of Dream High Coffee, international coffee judge and award-winning roasting specialist. His achievements include multiple national and international recognitions, such as the Australian Golden Bean Cup and World Roasting competitions.
Chen Zhuohao – Manager of Hangzhou Moment Coffee Training Institute, World Champion of the 2025 World Latte Art Championship and multiple national champion titles in China.
